Beans, Cream, and Cheese
Ingredients
2 cups of Beans with broth
¼ cup of Oil
½ Onion
2 tablespoons of Cream
Grated hard cheese
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a saucepan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until transparent.
Step 2 : Then, add the beans to the blender and grind together with the sautéed onion.
Step 3 : Subsequently, add the ground beans to the saucepan with oil and check the amount of salt needed.
Step 4 : Let the mixture boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom.
Step 5 : Once ready, set aside.
