Beans, Cream, and Cheese
Ingredients
2 cups of Beans with their broth
¼ cup of Oil
½ Onion
2 tablespoons of Cream
Grated hard cheese
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, heat the oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
Step 2 : Then, add the beans to the blender and blend together with the sautéed onion.
Step 3 : Next, add the blended beans to the pot with the oil and check the salt needed.
Step 4 : Let the mixture simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the bottom.
Step 5 : Once ready, set aside.
