Cauliflower Patties
Ingredients
1 Cauliflower
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Flour
1 teaspoon of Chicken broth
Garlic salt
1 Finely chopped onion
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, cook the cauliflower until it's tender.
Step 2 : Then, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the broth and powdered garlic.
Step 3 : Beat the mixture well.
Step 4 : Add the flour to the cauliflower and onion, and mix until all ingredients are integrated.
