Chicken Breads
Ingredients

1 Large chicken breast
Worcestershire sauce
Powdered seasoning
1 pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon of Butter or oil
2 Large buns
4 Tomatoes, chopped into fours
1 Onion, chopped into fours
½ Green bell pepper
Toasted relajo (spiced snack mix)
1 cup of Cooking white wine or apple cider vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
Stuffed olives and cooked chickpeas
1 pinch of Pepper
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by washing the chicken breast with salt and a little lemon juice, then dry with absorbent paper and place on a plate.
Step 2 : Season with adobo, powdered consommé, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, then marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 3 : In a large pot, pour ½ cup of water and place the chicken breast inside.
Step 4 : Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, then turn over and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 5 : Remove the pot from heat and place the chicken in a large bowl, reserving ½ cup of the broth left in the pot.
Step 6 : To prepare the sauce, blend tomatoes, onion, pepper, relajo, and add the warmed chicken broth.
Step 7 : Remove the remaining broth from the pot, add the blended mixture, and cook over medium heat until it begins to boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 8 : Cut the cooked chicken breast into strips.
Step 9 : Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and brown the chicken strips for about 3 minutes on each side.
Step 10 : Remove from the skillet and add to the sauce.
Step 11 : Mix and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 12 : Add white wine or apple cider vinegar, cook for about 5 minutes, and adjust the flavor of the sauce with salt and/or pepper if necessary.
Step 13 : To enrich the sauce, you can add stuffed olives and cooked chickpeas, but this is optional.
Step 14 : Proceed to assemble the buns by cutting them in half, spreading with mayonnaise to taste, and topping with lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes sliced, and spooning the chicken in sauce over the ingredients.
Step 15 : It's recommended to use medium-sized, flavorful buns.
