4 Tomatoes
Cilantro
2 Onions
2 Hot chili
1 Lemon
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare fresh chirmol, chop the tomatoes into small cubes and place them in a bowl along with the chopped onion and cilantro.
Step 2 : Next, add the chili previously crushed inside a bag, and finally, add salt and lemon to taste.
Step 3 : If you want to prepare chirmol for the evening, roast the tomatoes on a griddle until well cooked, then remove the skin and place them in a bowl to break apart.
Step 4 : Add cilantro, salt, chili, and optionally a bit of onion.
