Cucumber and Granola Appetizer
Ingredients
1 Cucumber
30 grams of Granola
Papaya in small pieces
Lemon juice
Sugar
60 grams of Cottage cheese
Yogurt
Toothpicks
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash and slice the cucumber into very thin slices lengthwise.
Step 2 : In a fruit container, place 7 to 8 slices of cucumber.
Step 3 : Pour a little lemon juice, followed by water, a tablespoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Step 4 : In another container, prepare the filling combining 2 ounces of cottage cheese, a tablespoon of yogurt, papaya cut into small pieces, a tablespoon of granola, and a teaspoon of sugar.
Step 5 : Stir everything together.
Step 6 : On a cutting board, place a slice of cucumber and add some filling with a small spoon.
Step 7 : Roll up the cucumber slice and secure with a toothpick.
Step 8 : Repeat this step until all the cucumber slices are used.
Step 9 : Finally, you can decorate the rolls with lemon slices at the base.
