Fish Croquettes
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Fish fillets
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Flour
2 Cooked and mashed potatoes
1 Green chili
1 Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the fish to cook along with the green chili, half an onion, salt, and parsley, bringing it to a boil until the fish is cooked.
