Fish croquettes
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Fish fillets
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon of Flour
2 Cooked and mashed potatoes
1 Green chili
1 Finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot of water, place the fish to cook with the green chili, half an onion, salt, and parsley, letting it boil until the fish is cooked.
Step 2 : Then, drain the fish and crumble it carefully, making sure to remove any skin or bones that may remain.
