Ingredients

2 teaspoons of Oil

½ cup of Chopped onion

2 Chopped garlic cloves

1 cup of Sautéed beans

1 pound of Shredded cooked chicken

1 teaspoon of 3-meat seasoning

1 ½ cup of Water

1 cup of Corn flour

½ cup of Grated fresh cheese

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil.

Step 2 : Sauté the onion and garlic for 1 minute, then add the beans and 3-meat seasoning.

Step 3 : Let cook for 3 minutes, then blend the mixture and set aside.

Step 4 : In a bowl, pour the water and then add the corn flour and 3-meat seasoning.

Step 5 : Mix until homogeneous and divide the dough into balls.

Step 6 : Fill the balls with the bean sauté, cooked chicken, and white cheese, then flatten with the palms of your hands.

Step 7 : Cook the pupusas on a hot skillet on both sides until they turn a golden color.

Step 8 : Finally, serve the pupusas and enjoy.
