Quesadilla
Ingredients
1 ½ cup of Milk
2 pounds of Rice flour
1 cup of Unsalted butter
½ cup of Sour cream
½ pound of Hard cheese
1 cup of Cream
1 ½ cup of Sugar
½ tablespoon of Baking powder
4 Eggs

Step 1 : First, the hard cheese must be blended in the blender until a ground consistency is obtained.
Step 2 : Next, add a cup of milk, the cheese, sour cream, and regular cream, mixing all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Step 3 : Let this mixture rest.
Step 4 : In another bowl, beat the 4 eggs for about 5 minutes, until they turn a yellowish color.
Step 5 : Gradually incorporate the two pounds of rice flour, making sure it is well mixed.
Step 6 : Then add the melted butter and a cup of milk.
Step 7 : Subsequently, mix the milk and cheese mixture that was resting with the sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon sticks to taste.
Step 8 : Grease the baking molds with butter or shortening, and pour the mixture into the molds, making sure not to overfill them.
Step 9 : Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the quesadillas for about 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 10 : It is important to check that they do not burn during the cooking process, avoiding unnecessarily opening the oven to avoid affecting the preparation.
Step 11 : Once ready, the quesadillas are ready to be enjoyed.
