4 cups of Corn flour
1 cup of Water
1 tablespoon of Salt
1 cup of Chicharrón
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Beans
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare mixed pupusas, start by mixing the chicharrón, beans, and cheese in a large bowl, adding salt to taste.
Step 2 : Next, prepare the pupusa dough by mixing corn flour with water until a semi-soft dough is obtained.
Step 3 : Then, form, fill, and flatten the pupusas on a hot comal, cooking them until they are golden and the cheese has fully melted.
Step 4 : Finally, enjoy the hot pupusas accompanied by curtido and tomato salsa.
