Shark Ceviche
Ingredients
2 pounds of Shark loin
1 cup of Onion
1 cup of Chopped chili
1 cup of Chopped celery
1 Chopped jalapeño chili
½ cup of Olive oil
½ cup of Lime juice
½ cup of Soy sauce
¼ cup of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large bowl, mix the shark pieces with the onion, chili, celery, and jalapeño.
Step 2 : Then, add the olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 3 : Mix everything very well and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld.
Step 4 : Finally, serve the ceviche well chilled to enjoy this delicious and traditional Salvadoran recipe.
