Ingredients

100 grams of Corn flour

320 grams of All-purpose flour

100 grams of Shrimp

4 Tomatoes

½ Onion

1 Green chili

2 Garlic cloves

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

30 grams of Lard

Preparation

step 1 : To prepare these delicious pupusas, first mix the corn flour with the all-purpose flour, salt to taste, and the 30 grams of lard, kneading until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

step 2 : Then, let the dough rest.

step 3 : Next, peel, clean, and cook the shrimp.

step 4 : Once cooked, cut them into small pieces.

step 5 : Finely chop the onion, chili, garlic cloves, and tomatoes, and mix them with the shrimp.

step 6 : In a skillet with hot oil, place the shrimp with the vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes.

step 7 : To assemble the pupusas, take small balls of dough, flatten them, and create a hole with your fingers to add the shrimp and vegetable filling.

step 8 : Seal with the same dough, pressing down to obtain the flat pupusa shape.
