Ingredients

1 pound of Ground beef

6 Boiled and peeled whole eggs

2 Beaten eggs

Finely chopped parsley

½ Finely chopped onion

1 Finely grated garlic clove

½ teaspoon of Garlic salt

½ teaspoon of Onion salt

½ teaspoon of Ground cumin

½ teaspoon of Ground ginger

Ground black pepper

Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, place the eggs in boiling water and once cooked, peel and set aside.

Step 2 : Then, mix the ground meat with the onion, garlic, and parsley.

Step 3 : Take a portion of the mixture and place a cooked, whole boiled egg in the center, forming a ball which is then set aside.

Step 4 : In a wide plate, mix the breadcrumbs with the onion salt, garlic salt, and cumin.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs until stiff peaks form.

Step 6 : Dip the meat balls into the beaten eggs and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 7 : In a skillet with hot oil, fry the coated meatballs until golden brown.

Step 8 : Serve accompanied by rice, a fresh salad, and your preferred sauce.
