Ingredients

6 Cooked tender pacayas

120 grams of Mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons of Cream

2 Eggs

1 pinch of Salt

2 tablespoons of Flour

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the fresh pacayas, they must be peeled and cooked in a pot with boiling water and salt for 5 minutes to soften them.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, mix the mozzarella with the cream for the filling and set aside.

Step 3 : Then, wash the pacayas, cut them in half, and fill them with the prepared cream.

Step 4 : In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks, then add the yolks and flour to use as a wrapper for the stuffed pacayas.

Step 5 : Fry the pacayas in hot oil for 3 minutes, remove and drain them on paper towels.

Step 6 : They can be served with a tomato-based sauce.
