Tropical Mixed Ceviche

Ingredients

250 grams of Medium squid

500 grams of Medium shrimp

120 grams of Fish fillet

2 Celery stalks cut into pieces

1 Medium red onion

½ cup of Pineapple juice

1 Half-ripe mango

3 Lemons

1 Medium pineapple

Olive oil

3 Garlic cloves

¼ cup of Honey

Cilantro for garnish

Salt, pepper, and chili

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel and clean the shrimp, cut the squid into rings, and boil them separately.

Step 2 : Cut the fish into small pieces, add lemon juice and salt, and let it rest for half an hour.

Step 3 : Then, finely chop the onion, garlic, and celery.

Step 4 : For the marinade, place pineapple juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, and celery in a large container.

Step 5 : Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6 : Add the seafood and fish to this mixture, along with the juice they have been resting in.

Step 7 : Let the entire mixture rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.

Step 8 : Cut the pineapple and mango into small pieces and sauté them in a pan with a teaspoon of olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 9 : After at least two hours of resting, mix the fruit with the seafood mixture and add more salt and pepper if needed.
