Tuna Stuffed Avocados
Ingredients
2 Avocados
1 Parsley sprig
1 Tomato
½ Onion
½ Carrot
2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 can of Tuna
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Oregano
2 Tortillas

Preparation
Step 1 : First, grate the carrot and finely chop the tomato, onion, and parsley sprig.
Step 2 : Then, mix all these ingredients in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and oregano to taste.
Step 3 : Next, add the tuna, excluding the water from the can, and mix well with the chopped vegetables, letting the mixture rest.
Step 4 : Afterward, cut the tortillas into triangles and fry them in hot oil.
Step 5 : To the tuna and vegetable filling, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix everything again.
