Buñuelos con miel

Ingredients

2 Eggs

250 grams of Sifted flour

150 grams of Melted margarine

1 tablespoon of Yeast

1 Panela sweet

Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, place the eggs and beat them very well, adding the 150 grams of melted butter, constantly mixing.

Step 2 : Slowly add the sifted flour, then the tablespoon of yeast, a pinch of salt, and sugar to taste, mixing constantly until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.

Step 3 : In a skillet with plenty of hot oil, incorporate small amounts of batter taken from the bowl, frying them until golden.

Step 4 : Then, remove them and place them on absorbent paper.

Step 5 : To prepare the honey, place 1 cup of water in a pot and boil with a panela sweet over low heat until it takes on a caramel tone.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the buñuelos bathing them with the prepared honey.
