Chamomile Candy
Ingredients
500 grams of Chamomile
500 grams of Sugar
3 tablespoons of Strawberry essence
1 Cinnamon stick
2 liters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : The chamomiles, previously well washed, are cooked in water until completely covered and left to cook until the peel bursts.
Step 2 : Once ready, they are removed and left to cool.
Step 3 : Remove the peel and set aside.
Step 4 : In the same water used to cook the chamomiles, add sugar, cinnamon, chamomiles, and strawberry essence.
Step 5 : Cook over medium heat until boiling and the liquid acquires a honey-like consistency.
Step 6 : Finally, remove from heat and let cool before enjoying.
