4 Eggs
1 Cream cheese
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 can of Evaporated milk
1 can of Condensed milk
1 cup of Sugar for caramel
3 tablespoons of Water (for caramel)
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dessert, first prepare the caramel in a saucepan, placing the sugar and 3 tablespoons of water and heating it over medium heat until the sugar melts and caramelizes.
Step 2 : Next, caramelize an 8x8 square mold, covering all sides with the hot caramel and letting it cool to harden.
Step 3 : In a blender, mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4 : Then, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and pour the mixture into the caramelized mold.
Step 5 : Place the 8x8 caramelized mold in a water bath inside the oven, baking for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 6 : To check for doneness, you can insert a toothpick before removing from the oven.
Step 7 : Once ready, wait for it to cool completely and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
