Ingredients

3 cups of Sweet corn

1 cup of Sugar

3 Egg yolks

1 cup of Milk

1 cup of Condensed milk

4 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1 : The caramel is prepared in a saucepan over medium heat until it takes on color and is poured into a flan mold.

Step 2 : In another container, the corn kernels are blended with the eggs, egg yolks, and milks, and poured over the caramelized mold.

Step 3 : The mold is covered with aluminum foil and placed in a water bath in a container.

Step 4 : Bake until the flan sets, approximately one hour at 175°C.

Step 5 : Once ready, let it cool to room temperature and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
