Ingredients

5 Egg whites

½ cup of Sugar

½ tablespoon of Baking powder

Vanilla essence

1 tablespoon of Cornstarch

1 cup of Milk

½ cup of Peach juice

6 tablespoons of Sugar

3 Egg yolks

Preparation

Step 1 : First, blend the egg whites with the baking powder until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

Step 2 : Then, gradually incorporate the sugar until achieving the desired consistency, which should be a firm peak or soft peak.

Step 3 : Next, pour the meringue into a mold making sure there are no air gaps, and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 4 : Place the mold in a pot with boiling water to cook in a water bath for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 5 : Once this time has elapsed, remove from heat and let it rest, then flip and refrigerate.

Step 6 : To prepare the milk and caramel sauce, cook the sugar in a pot over medium heat until it forms caramel.

Step 7 : Then, add the milk, stir, and let it boil.

Step 8 : In a separate container, mix the peach juice, egg yolks, and cornstarch, and finally combine it with the caramel and milk mixture.

Step 9 : Once these steps are completed, the dish will be ready to enjoy.
