Ingredients

1 Pineapple cut into pieces

½ Panela sugar

Cinnamon stick

1 pinch of Pepper

5 Cloves

80 grams of Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the pineapple atole, place the pineapple pieces in the blender with ½ liter of water and blend until smooth.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot, heat 2 liters of water and add the blended pineapple, the ½ panela sugar, cinnamon to taste, pepper to taste, and the 5 cloves.

Step 3 : Mix well and let it boil.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch in 60 ml of water and add it to the boiling atole pot.

Step 5 : Continue stirring constantly until you achieve the desired consistency and then serve.
