500 grams of Milk

500 grams of Powdered sugar

Step 1 : First, for the sweet base, mix the flour with the egg yolks and salt with your fingers until a moldable dough is formed.

Step 2 : Then, add the cold water and continue mixing until a lighter consistency is achieved.

Step 3 : Next, roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin, cut small circles of 5 centimeters and lift the edges with your fingers to then place them in a pre-greased mold.

Step 4 : Subsequently, bake at 300°F for approximately 20 minutes, or until they acquire a golden color, then remove and reserve.

Step 5 : For the filling, place the milk in a container and add the rice, breaking it down with a spoon or fork until dissolved.

Step 6 : Then, pour the mixture into a pot, add the cinnamon and sugar, and heat.

Step 7 : When it starts to separate from the pot, remove from the heat and fill the tartlet bases with this mixture, smoothing it with a spoon.

Step 8 : And that's it, the tartlets are ready to serve.
