Ingredients

2 cups of Raw rice

1 cup of Water

1 cup of Coconut water and a fresh grated coconut

1 cup of Milk

1 cup of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Vanilla

1 tablespoon of Ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious rice and coconut drink, first place the rice in a container and cover it with hot water.

Step 2 : Cover and let it rest overnight.

Step 3 : The next day, drain the rice and blend it together with the coconut water, milk, and grated coconut.

Step 4 : Blend everything until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Step 5 : Then, add the sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, and continue blending to fully incorporate the ingredients.

Step 6 : Finally, chill the drink and it will be ready to enjoy.
