1 Bundle of panela sweetener

1 Finger of ginger

3 Large peppercorns

120 grams of Cilantro

Pineapple peels

Step 1 : To prepare the chicha, start by soaking the corn in water for several days until it begins to germinate.

Step 2 : Then, place the corn in an earthenware pot at room temperature.

Step 3 : Add the pineapple peels, the panela bundle, ginger, large peppercorns, cilantro, along with enough water to cover everything.

Step 4 : Cover the pot completely and let it rest for seven days.

Step 5 : After this time, check the flavor and texture, ensuring the beverage has fermented and is frothy.

Step 6 : The chicha will be ready to enjoy, and it is recommended to let it rest longer if a stronger flavor is desired.
