1 Small pineapple

4 Papayas

6 Sweet oranges

3 Tender mangoes

2 Green apples

2 Mamey

Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

2 liters of Cold water

Chopped lettuce

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing fruit salad, start by peeling the pineapple and cutting it into small cubes to place in a salad bowl.

Step 2 : Peel and chop the mamey, adding it also to the bowl.

Step 3 : Next, squeeze the juice from two or three oranges and papayas, then chop the remaining papayas, mangoes, and apples to add to the mixture.

Step 4 : Add sugar and salt to taste, mix everything, and let it macerate for about an hour and a half.

Step 5 : After this time, add the chopped lettuce and some cold water to give the salad more freshness.

Step 6 : Finally, refrigerate the preparation, and it will be ready to serve and enjoy at any moment.
