Ingredients

½ pound of Morro seed

½ pound of Sesame seeds

½ pound of Peanuts or groundnuts

½ pound of Pepitoria or pumpkin seed

½ pound of Cacao seeds

1 pound of Morro

60 grams of Cinnamon

2 Whole nutmeg seeds

60 grams of Cilantro seed

10 Allspice berries

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, the ingredients are toasted separately over medium heat.

Step 2 : It's important to watch that the cacao turns a golden tone and to take care not to over-toast any of the ingredients.

Step 3 : Cinnamon is added at the end of cooking.

Step 4 : Once all the ingredients are toasted, they are combined and transferred to a blender.

Step 5 : To prepare the drink, three cups of water, one cup of milk, and 8 tablespoons of the previously prepared powder are needed, which are dissolved in the water.

Step 6 : Then, the mixture is strained through a cloth.

Step 7 : This way, the beverage will be ready to enjoy.
