Ingredients

6 Green plantains

200 grams of Sugar

100 grams of Panela de dulce

Cinnamon sticks

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The plantains should be chopped into large pieces without removing the peel.

Step 2 : Then, add them to a pot with boiling water and cook until they are ready.

Step 3 : Once cooked, remove and place them in a bowl to peel and mash very well until you get a puree.

Step 4 : This puree is then reintroduced into the water where the plantains were cooked, adding 200 grams of sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Step 5 : Stir and cook until achieving the desired consistency.
