500 grams of White rice

400 milliliters of Milk

1 liter of Water

2 Cinnamon sticks

200 grams of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Liquid vanilla

Ground cinnamon

Preparation (simple version)

Preparation

Step 1 : In a deep bowl, place the rice along with the cinnamon and enough water to soak it for about 2 to 3 hours.

Step 2 : Once this time has passed, blend the rice with the cinnamon until obtaining a fine consistency.

Step 3 : Then, pass the paste through a strainer, pressing vigorously to extract as much liquid as possible.

Step 4 : Add 2 tablespoons of liquid vanilla and 200 grams of sugar to the resulting mixture, stirring until completely dissolved.

Step 5 : Next, incorporate the 400 milliliters of milk and mix again.

Step 6 : Refrigerate the preparation before serving, and if desired, add ground cinnamon on top when serving.
