1 cup of Corn masa
1 Medium piece of ginger
Allspice
2 liters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the soup, start by making the masa and diluting it completely in the 2 liters of water.
Step 2 : Then, add sliced ginger and allspice to taste.
Step 3 : Cook over low heat, avoiding burning or sticking, until the soup thickens.
Step 4 : Let it cook for approximately 25 minutes, then it will be ready to serve.
