Cashew Seed Atol
Ingredients
1 cup of Cashew seeds
1 Cinnamon stick
1 ½ liter of Milk
Sugar
1 pinch of Salt
Grated nutmeg (a little)
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by blending the cashew seeds with a cup of water until you get a fine mixture.
Step 2 : In a pot, bring the milk to a boil and add the cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg.
Step 3 : When the milk starts boiling, add the finely blended cashew seed, straining it if necessary.
Step 4 : Add sugar to taste and a pinch of salt, and stir constantly until the mixture boils.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the hot drink.
