Ingredients

4 Manila mangos

5 tablespoons of Sugar

4 cups of Crushed ice

3 tablespoons of Tajin (chili powder)

6 tablespoons of Lime juice

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious mango smoothie, start by peeling the mangos and cutting the pulp into small pieces.

Step 2 : Then, place the 4 cups of ice in the blender and add 2 tablespoons of Tajin, sugar, lime juice, and the mango pieces, reserving some pieces for decoration at the end.

Step 3 : Blend the mixture until smooth.

Step 4 : Prepare the glasses by rubbing lime on the rim of each glass and then dipping them in Tajin powder.

Step 5 : Add chamoy to taste at the bottom of each glass and spread it around.

Step 6 : Then, pour the mango smoothie to fill half of the glass, add more chamoy, and top it off with another layer of smoothie to the brim.

Step 7 : To decorate, add mango pieces on top of the smoothie and sprinkle Tajin to taste.

Step 8 : Place a tamarind stick in each glass and voilà! A refreshing and delicious mango smoothie ready to enjoy.
