Ingredients

200 grams of Harina de maíz nixtamalizada

100 grams of Chocolate de taza

130 grams of Dulce de panela

Canela en rajas

5 cups of Agua

Preparation

Step 1 : The first step is to dissolve the corn flour in two cups of water, mixing well and reserving it.

Step 2 : Next, place the remaining 3 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil.

Step 3 : Add the panela sweet, chocolate, and cinnamon sticks without stopping stirring.

Step 4 : Then, add the previously dissolved flour to the pot using a strainer and continue stirring constantly until you reach the desired consistency.
