Coconut Atol
Ingredients
2 ½ cups of Grated coconut
2 ½ tablespoons of Coconut essence
4 liters of Water
1 ½ cup of Powdered milk
1 cup of Cornstarch
1 ½ cup of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first blend the coconut with milk and sugar, incorporating a portion of previously prepared cinnamon water.
Step 2 : Reserve 2 cups of this mixture for later, in order to dissolve the cornstarch in them.
Step 3 : In a separate pot, combine the rest of the milk with the blended coconut, sugar, and coconut essence.
Step 4 : Add the remaining cinnamon water and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 5 : Subsequently, add the cornstarch previously dissolved in the 2 reserved cups of water and continue cooking, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to the desired consistency.
Step 6 : Ready to enjoy!
