Corn Coffee
Ingredients
450 grams of Corn
200 grams of Coffee beans
15 Cinnamon sticks
15 Allspice berries
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by cooking the 450 grams of corn in a pot with water until they are cooked.
Step 2 : Then, drain them well and place them in a pan over low heat to toast them.
Step 3 : Proceed to toast the coffee beans until they are golden and fragrant.
Step 4 : Once ready, mix them with the toasted corn kernels.
Step 5 : Next, add the 15 cinnamon sticks and 15 allspice berries to the mix.
Step 6 : Grind everything together until you get a homogeneous texture and store in an airtight container.
