Fresco de granadilla
Ingredients
½ liter of Orange juice
3 Granadillas
Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : Take the granadillas and extract their pulp.
Step 2 : Blend the pulp in a blender for a couple of minutes to facilitate seed extraction.
Step 3 : Separate the seeds using a strainer, keeping only the granadilla pulp.
Step 4 : Then add the pulp to the blender along with ½ liter of orange juice, add sugar to taste, and blend well.
Step 5 : Finally, the granadilla fresco will be ready.
