Ingredients
5 cups of Whole milk
150 grams of Cornstarch
3 Egg yolks
200 grams of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Vanilla
Ground cinnamon
Cinnamon stick
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, start by adding 2 cups of milk, sugar, cornstarch, and egg yolks to a blender, also adding a pinch of salt, and blending the mixture very well.
Step 2 : In a separate pot, bring the remaining 3 cups of milk to a boil.
Step 3 : Once the milk is boiling, add the blender mixture to the pot and stir carefully.
Step 4 : To finish, while stirring, add ground cinnamon to taste and a teaspoon of vanilla.
Step 5 : Once the mixture is ready, serve cold, sprinkling a touch of cinnamon if desired and placing a cinnamon stick as decoration.
