Ingredients

1 Chicken

1 tablespoon of Ground pepper

3 Peeled garlic heads

1 cup of Lemon juice

1 cup of Orange juice

1 cup of White wine

1 tablespoon of Dried oregano

Ground cumin

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Carefully wash the chicken and prick it in several places with a fork to help it absorb the marinade.

Step 2 : In a bowl, mix the crushed garlic cloves, salt, oregano, pepper, and cumin.

Step 3 : Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and wine, mixing well until all ingredients are combined.

Step 4 : Place the chicken in a container and add the marinade, including the garlic, making sure they are inside the chicken.

Step 5 : Let it marinate overnight.

Step 6 : The next day, preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and bake the chicken for about five hours, basting it with its juices every 30 minutes.
