Ingredients

1 Hen

1 tablespoon of Ground pepper

3 Peeled garlic bulbs

1 cup of Lemon juice

1 cup of Orange juice

1 cup of White wine

1 tablespoon of Dried oregano

Ground cumin

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The hen is carefully washed and pierced in several places with a fork so that it absorbs the marinade.

Step 2 : In a bowl, crushed garlic cloves, salt, oregano, pepper, and cumin are mixed.

Step 3 : Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and wine, mixing well until all ingredients are integrated.
