Banana Pie with Beans and Cheese
Ingredients
6 Bananas
4 cups of Refried ground beans
150 grams of Grated quesillo cheese
½ cup of Fresh cream
¼ cup of Cream cheese
1 tablespoon of Margarine
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon powder
Sugar
Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by frying one of the bananas sliced and set aside for later.
Step 2 : Next, fry the remaining bananas cut into long strips and set them aside on paper towels to remove excess grease.
Step 3 : Simultaneously, prepare the ground beans to taste and set aside once well fried.
Step 4 : Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8-inch glass dish with margarine.
Step 5 : Place the banana slices on the bottom of the dish to cover the entire surface, pressing lightly with a fork to flatten them.
Step 6 : Then, add a layer of refried beans, spreading them evenly with a spatula.
Step 7 : Sprinkle grated cheese on top and place cheese bits, and if desired, add two tablespoons of cream, sprinkle cinnamon and a pinch of sugar.
Step 8 : Next, place another layer of fried bananas and repeat the process until reaching the edge of the dish, remembering that the last layer should be bananas.
Step 9 : Once the assembly is complete, sprinkle sugar and a bit of cinnamon, and place the dish in the preheated oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
