Beef Ribs Baked in the Oven
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef ribs
2 Chopped garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of Paprika
½ Chopped onion
2 Chopped cilantro sprigs
300 grams of Tomato purée
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
Olive oil
1 pinch of Pepper
Garlic powder
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the ribs in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chopped garlic.
Step 2 : Mix well with your hands before placing them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake at 250°C for 20 minutes.
Step 3 : While the ribs are in the oven, prepare the sauce by mixing tomato purée, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, chopped onion, and cilantro in a container.
Step 4 : Once the ribs are out of the oven, turn them over and drizzle with the freshly made sauce.
Step 5 : Then, bake again for approximately 8 minutes.
Step 6 : Remove the ribs from the oven and serve, possibly accompanied by white rice and salad.
