Beef steak with onions

Ingredients

500 grams of Beef steak

1 teaspoon of Pepper

2 Cloves of garlic finely chopped

2 Green chilies (bell pepper) sliced

2 Large onions sliced

1 Slice of pineapple

Worcestershire sauce

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is important to wash the meat well and reserve it in a bowl.

Step 2 : Then, add salt to taste, pepper and squeeze a little pineapple to release its juice, adding the rest of the pineapple.

Step 3 : Add Worcestershire sauce and mix well until all the ingredients are integrated.

Step 4 : Let the meat rest for fifteen minutes.

Step 5 : In a saucepan, add a drizzle of oil and let it heat.

Step 6 : Sauté the finely chopped garlic and add the beef steaks one by one.

Step 7 : Let cook and flip, adding 1/4 cup of water and letting it boil.

Step 8 : Once the meat is tender, add the onions and bell pepper.

Step 9 : Adjust the salt if necessary and it can be accompanied by rice and salad.
