Ingredients

½ kilogram of Stewing beef

½ kilogram of Peeled and washed potatoes, cut into pieces

1 Washed, peeled, and sliced carrot

1 Onion

1 Bunch of aromatic herbs

1 Cloves of garlic

1 Bay leaf

1 Sprig of thyme

2 Cloves

6 Tomatoes

Water

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, wash the meat and cut it into pieces.

Step 2 : Then, sauté it in a little hot oil and place it in a pot with water, bringing it to a boil.

Step 3 : Next, add salt to taste, the garlic, bay leaf, thyme, the bunch of aromatic herbs (reserving a part of cilantro), and the cloves.

Step 4 : Let it boil until the meat is tender.

Step 5 : In the next step, add the potato and carrot, as well as half a chopped onion into small pieces.

Step 6 : Blend the tomatoes and the onion with a little water where the meat was softened, and add it to the pot along with the meat and vegetables once they are soft.

Step 7 : It is important to adjust the salt amount according to taste.

Step 8 : Then, add the rest of the chopped cilantro and let it boil for another ten minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, turn off the heat and serve the stew with white rice and a fresh salad.
