½ kilogram of Beef for stew
½ kilogram of Peeled and washed potatoes, cut into pieces
1 Washed, peeled, and sliced carrots
1 Onion
1 A bunch of aromatic herbs
1 Garlic clove
1 Bay leaf
1 Thyme sprig
2 Cloves
6 Tomatoes
Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, wash the meat and cut it into pieces.
Step 2 : Then, sauté it briefly in hot oil and place it in a pot with water, bringing it to a boil.
Step 3 : Next, add salt to taste, the garlic clove, bay leaf, thyme, the bunch of aromatic herbs (reserving some cilantro), and cloves.
Step 4 : Let it boil until the meat is tender.
Step 5 : In the next step, add the potatoes, carrots, and half an onion cut into small pieces.
Step 6 : Blend the tomatoes and the onion with a little water from cooking the meat, and add this to the pot along with the meat and vegetables once they are tender.
