Ingredients

2 pounds of Fish fillet (salmon or snook)

1 cup of Breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons of Seasoning

1 tablespoon of Pure ground garlic

1 Beaten egg

1 pinch of Salt

Vegetable oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by seasoning the fish fillet, which has been previously cut into 6 portions.

Step 2 : Then, mix the breadcrumbs with the seasoning and the pure ground garlic.

Step 3 : Next, pass the portions through the beaten egg and then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture, gently pressing the fish to ensure the breading adheres all around.

Step 4 : Subsequently, heat enough oil in a saucepan over high heat.

Step 5 : Add the breaded fish fillets one by one and fry for a few minutes until they are golden.

Step 6 : Finally, remove from heat, place on paper towels to drain, and voila!
