Ingredients

Chicken in Cream

700 grams of Chicken thighs

½ Onion sliced thinly

1 Red chili sliced thinly

1 ½ cup of Sour cream

2 Cilantro sprigs chopped

Chicken bouillon powder

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the chicken thighs and add salt to taste.

Step 2 : Let it cook until the water boils.

Step 3 : Then, add chicken bouillon powder to taste and cilantro, stirring and letting it cook.

Step 4 : Once the thighs are cooked, remove them from the water.

Step 5 : Reserve 1 ½ cups of the broth used to boil the chicken.

Step 6 : In a skillet with hot oil, add the chopped onion and chili, and sauté until softened.

Step 7 : Next, add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.

Step 8 : Add the reserved chicken broth and cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 9 : Then, incorporate the sour cream (1 ½ cups), mixing until the cream is completely dissolved.

Step 10 : Allow the breasts to cook in the cream for 10 minutes.

Step 11 : Finally, serve the dish, which can be accompanied by white rice.

Preparation (simple version)
