Ingredients

500 grams of Ground chicken meat

1 cup of Bread crumbs

1 Finely chopped onion

1 Finely chopped garlic clove

¾ cup of Milk

4 Chopped mint leaves

1 teaspoon of Garlic salt

1 Lightly beaten egg

¼ cup of Chicken broth

3 tablespoons of Tomato paste

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the meatballs, start by adding the milk to the bread crumbs and letting them soak.

Step 2 : Then, sauté the onion and garlic in a pan, then add the soaked bread crumbs, garlic salt, mint, and pepper.

Step 3 : Next, mix this preparation with the ground meat and form the meatballs.

Step 4 : Once the meatballs are formed, brown them in hot oil.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, you can prepare the tomato sauce with chicken broth in another pot.

Step 6 : Once the tomato sauce is boiling, add the browned meatballs and cook them for a few more minutes for the flavors to blend.
