Ingredients
6 Chicken Milanese
Powdered garlic
1 cup of Bread crumbs
3 Eggs
Oregano
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Milanese, start by placing the bread crumbs in a cup and adding oregano, salt, pepper, and powdered garlic to taste.
Step 2 : Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 3 : In a separate container, beat the 3 eggs.
Step 4 : Then, dip each chicken cutlet into the beaten eggs, covering both sides.
Step 5 : Next, coat the chicken with the bread crumbs, making sure to cover both sides evenly.
Step 6 : To cook the Milanese, place them in a skillet with hot oil until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
Step 7 : Once ready, remove them from the skillet and place on paper towels to remove excess grease.
Step 8 : Finally, the Milanese can be served accompanied by a delicious salad.
