Ingredients

6 Chicken milanese

Garlic powder

1 cup of Bread crumbs

3 Eggs

Oregano

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Oil

Step 1 : To prepare the Milanese, start by placing the bread crumbs in a bowl and add oregano, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.

Step 2 : Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, beat the 3 eggs.

Step 4 : Then, dip each Milanese in the beaten eggs, covering them on both sides.

Step 5 : Next, bread the Milanese with the bread crumbs, ensuring to coat them evenly on both sides.

Step 6 : To cook the Milanese, place them in a pan with hot oil until golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove from the pan and place them on paper towels to remove excess grease.
