Chicken Salad
Ingredients
1 Chicken breast
1 tablespoon of Chicken bouillon powder
1 Garlic cloves
1 Scallion stalk
4 Large potatoes
3 Large carrots
1 can of Whole corn kernels
½ can of Peas
1 Egg mayonnaise
Worcestershire sauce
Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this salad, start by carefully washing all vegetables and the chicken breast, ensuring the removal of skin and bones.
Step 2 : To give it a special touch, you can mix the mayonnaise with a little of the chicken cooking broth.
Step 3 : In a pot with water, add the chicken bouillon and crushed garlic. Once it boils, add the chicken breast and cook for about an hour, until it is completely white.
Step 4 : Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 5 : Meanwhile, boil an egg until hard, then cool, peel, and cut into small cubes.
Step 6 : Cut the carrots and potatoes into small cubes and boil in another pot with a little salt until cooked but still firm.
Step 7 : In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise, a few drops of lemon juice, some chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Step 8 : Then, shred the chicken and mix it with the peas, drained corn, cooked vegetables, chopped egg, and the mayonnaise mixture.
