Chicken with Capers and White Rice
Ingredients
1 Chicken
½ Margarine stick
120 grams of Mushrooms
2 tablespoons of Capers
1 tablespoon of Flour
2 tablespoons of Vinegar
6 Onions
1 Carrot
1 Garlic clove
1 pinch of Pepper
1 Bay leaf
1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley
Fried bread for decoration
Preparation
Step 1 : The chopped chicken is sautéed in a skillet with margarine until golden brown, then set aside.
Step 2 : In the same skillet with the remaining butter, add the onions, carrot, parsley, garlic, bay leaf, pepper, and salt, all chopped.
Step 3 : Once cooked, add the vinegar, flour, and water, allowing to boil for a few minutes.
Step 4 : Then strain the mixture and add it to the chicken, covering the skillet until cooked.
Step 5 : On the other hand, sauté the remaining onions and add them to the chicken along with the mushrooms.
Step 6 : Minutes before serving, add the capers.
