Chicken with Onions
Ingredients
1 Whole chicken cut into eight pieces
3 Large onions, sliced
1 Cloves of garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of Mustard
1 cup of Water

Step 1 : In a large pot, brown the chicken pieces over medium-high heat.
Step 2 : Then, add the garlic and let it sauté with the chicken for a few minutes.
Step 3 : Next, add the cup of water and salt, allowing it to boil until the chicken is well cooked and tender, adding more water if necessary.
Step 4 : Afterwards, add the black sauce and mustard, and finally the onion.
