Chicken with Rice
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Chicken
500 grams of Rice
1 Carrot
½ Onion
3 Garlic cloves
½ Red pepper
1 Cilantro sprig
3 cups of Chicken broth
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : In a blender, add the chicken broth and cilantro sprigs.
Step 2 : Next, cut the carrot, onion, garlic, and red pepper into very small pieces.
Step 3 : Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and cumin.
Step 4 : In a hot skillet with oil, sear the chicken pieces until golden brown.
Step 5 : In a pot, add the chopped onion and garlic with a little oil, and sauté until the onion is soft.
Step 6 : Then, add one cup of rice and sauté.
Step 7 : Add the diced carrot and red peppers, and stir.
Step 8 : Next, incorporate the blender mixture with the chicken broth and cilantro, along with the already browned chicken pieces.
Step 9 : Mix well.
